Walk & Talk Therapy
What is Walk & Talk Therapy?
-
Therapy that takes place outdoors.
-
You and your therapist meet at a public place, like a park, walking path, or hiking trail. In this case, it will be along the Greenway or at Barfield Crescent Park in Murfreesboro.
-
You and your therapist continue to work on your therapy goals, just as when sitting on a couch or behind a screen.
-
You may notice new interventions that utilize body movement and nature.
-
The same parameters of time, fees, and treatment focus remain.
-
These meetings are weather dependent and will be held virtually as needed.
