Individual therapy is available for adults throughout Tennessee. Sessions are often conducted on a weekly or biweekly schedule. Virtual, in-person, and outdoor options are available.

Group therapy is available for adults throughout Tennessee. Current group options include:

• Neurodivergent Sensory & Emotional Regulation Group

Neurodivergent-affirming Autism and ADHD assessments are offered to adults residing in Tennessee. During this collaborative process, you will gain clarity and uncover answers to your lifelong questions. 

Clinical supervision is provided to masters-level therapists accumulating their clinical hours. I am an approved social work clinical supervisor.
